A Delicious Mother’s Day Drink She Will Love

A Mother’s Day cocktail list would be incomplete without at least one drink that looks great with an umbrella in it! This is the drink! It includes basil simple syrup which you can make by steeping fresh basil in simple syrup just after the syrup finishes cooking. As written, this recipe is a mocktail so it’s a great option for kids and non-drinkers. In practice, it’s awfully tasty with a shot of vodka mixed into it.

Cook's Tips:
Use this recipe as the framework for your own creations. Trade the blueberries for another fruit, swap the lime juice for lemon, or add a different herb instead of basil, or a different flavor water.

Have an awesome and blessed Mother’s Day!!!
